					The target audience for the film ‘The ward’ shows that it is people aged 15+ that watch the film which would Is similar to the age range of the people that would watch my film. This film also has a scene where it is set in the woods and so in some ways it is similar to my film. The table that shows the rates for ‘The Ward’ also shows that it is both men and women that watch this type of horror films. It suggests that anyone above the age of 15 may enjoy these films but they might also be able to relate to what is happening in the film and how it relates to their personal lives.  It also shows that people from different backgrounds watch these films and that they enjoy them. We know that people enjoys these film as more and more are being sold around the world and so more people are able to see it making the target audience gap broaden and open up to more people.
